The material is in a wide variety of fragrance applications and blends well with other florals such as Jasmin and Orange Flower. It also finds its way into some flavour preparations where it imparts a delicate balsamic-sweet flavour. Rose Absolute has a Sweet floral rosy odour and presents as a Dark red to orange-brown viscous liquid.
