What is Caraway Seed essential oil?
Caraway seed oil is a member of the Apiaceae family and has a sweet, but spicy odour that resembles the smell of pepper.
The oil is pale yellow in colour and is extracted from the seeds by steam distillation to preserve the oils qualities and aroma.
