Suitable for Use In:
Steam distilled from the flowers and tops of the Anthemis Nobilis plant. Chamomile Oil Roman presents as a Pale Blue to yellow liquid depending on the maturity of the Oil. When the Oil is fresh it has Blue colour and then gradually it looses this colour overtime to turn yellow. Rarely used in Flavour compounds as it has a bitter taste, it is often used in Fragrance as it has herbaceous floral odour which blends well with Bergamot, Jasmine & Labdanum.
