Our Custom Blending Process
1: Consultation & Project Brief
In the consultation stage, we’ll work with you to thoroughly understand your product goals, including the aroma or flavour profile you’re looking for, if any products need matching, If there are constraints on Botanicals or Natural Statis and of course what regulatory framework the product needs to comply with.
2: Formulation & Prototype
Using quality-assured essential oils and raw materials, our technical team formulate your blend. Throughout this process we will provide samples and work closely with you to make sure the product fits your brief.
3: Testing, Refinement & Quality Control
Upon sampling of the product a full spec and MSDS will be created by our QC & technical team. A full set of regulatory documents will be issued along with the sample. If any tweaks are required to the product we will create revisions and send these out as fresh samples with a re-issued set of documents.
4: Commercial Supply & Support
Once a sample is approved we move to production and deliver the goods. All formulations are stored on our internal systems for the next time the material is required – making reorder a seamless experience. We also keep on top of regulatory changes going forward and keep paperwork up to date as and when the regulation change comes into effect.

We have longstanding experience in maintaining robust traceability and Quality Control systems, this has come about as a result of our work within the Flavour industry where Quality Control is paramount to food safety.
